            Adding Additional Users

            Often we will see gym owners sign up for an account, and then want to delegate access to various managers, so that they can easily assist in the business operations. This is especially important when managing multiple fitness centers! This enables you to not have to share your personal information with your front desk staff, and allows them to have their own account to check in users.


            Here is a video tutorial, or you may follow the written instructions below




            1. Click on Create User in your account
            2. Click on "Show Gyms" to search for gyms associated with your account that you can delegate access to
            3. Once you have saved this, the user will receive an email with an account activation link and will then be able to manage your fitness center, including creating passes and viewing purchases.
